Deine Aufgaben:
- Erste Anlaufstelle der Community bei Problemen im Spiel und im Forum
- Erste Anlaufstelle der Community bei Fragen im Spiel und im Forum
- First-Level-Ticketbearbeitung der Spieler
- Unterstützung des Admin Teams bei Aufgaben (z.B. FAQ Bearbeitung...)
- Konzepterstellung, Vorbereitung, Abstimmung, Koordination, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Events und Wettbewerben
- Bei Stresssituationen am Server mithelfen
- Helfen bei der Koordination der Tests zur Weiterentwicklung des Servers
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Spieler im Spiel und im Forum
- Durchführung von Events und Wettbewerben
- Überwachung und Durchsetzung der Spielregeln
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem restlichen GM-Team und den Entwicklern
- Bereitschaft zu Teammeetings
Anforderungen:
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis von TERA und seinen Mechaniken
- Geduld und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
- Bereitschaft, auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig zu bleiben
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Teammitgliedern)
- Discord und Voice Nutzung

Requirements:

- Patience and good communication skills
- A sense of responsibility and reliability
- Willingness to stay calm even in stressful situations
- Basic knowledge of English (for communication with international team members)
