Dungeon drops are very underwhelming, make each boss drop some MWA too, and one extra MES for each last boss or so (all mwa/mes is given to all members of party).
Then also make MWA fairly common reward from valkyon response boxes. Not to make valykon response boxes the primary source of MWA, but to incentivize people using instance matching, make up for the extra time it takes to run the dungeon. It is crucial that the IMS has regular dungeon pops for new players to 65.
