The sauce sweet its made from brown sugar, the spice level depend on request or u can ask not spice at all, the tofu it self bit salty.

Its just fried eggs on hot oil then u rolling with stick, there many ppl making lot of $ only selling these and funny things vendor of this snack always crowded, they so cheap ($0.12). You can find how simple make this in youtube. Those red sauce not spicy its bit sweet.

I love this pretty equal with Ice cream, its mix avocado, jackfruit, sugar palm fruit, jelly/
grass jelly, dragonfruit, young coconut, sometimes durian.
