Warrior (DPS) Brooch & things

    Hello guys,


    I would ask for the Brooch that Warrior use. For me i think the Quickcave Brooch is the good one. Crit + Atk Speed are rly nice but at the moment i get the 10 Edges to fast and wait for the Scythe.


    Also interesed what other Warrior use. I try the most things with Crit.

    3pieces Accessorys crit

    2pieces Accessorys power (at the moment i habe 3piece power becaus i have the power Necklace)


    Etchings:

    Weapon & Gloves

    I will use Crit etchings for this


    Stat Power vs Crit Factor


    When i remember right it would be when you can have double points crit as power go crit but when you have x crit (i dont remember the exact number) you can use power for higher dmg.


    And the Weapon that i would use are the full dmg weapon


    What you other Warrior think?

    I've played Warrior long enough to know the most but i like to learn/know things from others.

    I would hit basestat +180-210. At the moment i have basestat + 152 need the crit neck. But i need the better Accessorys i only have the normal Deathwise things not the unique one.

    You can farm the Unique ACC through BRNM, Broch vault solo or 5 man.
    How ur rotation going when u DPS ? everything in the line ?

    With my rotation all fine DPS are fine but the Crit for Scythe feels so random at the moment with +156 i have the whole fight first boss in CW or RG no Scythe crit from behind xD

    But the MP are 0 fast as hell xD

    Since you can't hit 100% Scythe Crit Chance right now You can basically go Crit all the way.

    Depending on your healer the general rule of thumb for equal dps gain is either 1:2 (Myst) or even 3:4 (Priest) vs enraged bosses.

    As you pointed out that Scythe CD is absolutely abysmal right now you can make an argument for energetics however these make you chug even more mp pots but its overall smother gameplay. Math for DPS is not as easy and you need to make assumptions like 100% uptime . In the end DPS is about the same compared to Crit etchings at the cost of even higher mp drain.


    Regarding your brooches, you can use both, like prebuff 1 then switch gearsets to equip the other. If you have to pick, 40 power is the bigger DPS increase+has higher ceiling.

    try run with mystic se how its goes, if is still not what u expected well its mean Scythe skill has low crit factor, also pay attention with other skill compare em how the crit rate feels.

    Most formulas for this game are available which means there is no need to do test runs and "feel". In fact, sample size of test runs is so low it might lead you to the wrong conclusion. Just build yourself a spreadsheet and let math save you a lot of time.

    You need to be aware of what power and crit actually translate to in a practical sense. Crit Factor increases average DPS and makes DPS less volatile. However it has no impact on floor and ceiling unless you hit 100% on specific skills which is not possible on our current patch.

    Power increases floor, ceiling and average DPS but has no impact on volatility. Moreover average DPS increase favors Crit in most scenarios.

    Cases where you might want to prio small portions of Power over Crit: score runs, low enrage uptime, specific dungeon crit buffs

    For these occasions you can just use Power charm instead of Keen or Swap Crit Neck for Power Neck. Playing around with Vyrsks is also an option.

    So apparently they shadow buffed/updates Deadly Gamble so despite the ingame description it reduces CDs by 50%. Since that's the case and we do not have any other ASPD steroids, Quickcarve is probably the way to go.

    i think it really depend on your attack speed and blade draw resets, since warrior has such high crit already, if you can hit 70% blade draw crit averagely (according to some pros) you are free to add the rest of the stats into power, so i would prob guess power brooch is the way to go since it synergize well with DB

    (imo goal is to being able to have 70% crit BD while also being able TO USE crit power scroll to get the maximum damage potential)

    again i could be wrong, maybe having energetic T3s allows u to use power brooch, but im no expert, just theorycrafting
