Maybe as loot would be boxes that could be opened once a day. But dont know if crashes resets also cd on those items.

Most common solution i have seen here and on NA is "clockwork" spinning thing on back for fed bills. Its almost free (i think 14 bills) and work pretty well for hiding wep

There was on NA but as expected population goes:
1st place ~1/4 population - Elins
2nd place ~1/4 population - Castanic
rest mostly same where barakas are last ones

Something with network to tera is propably off because switching and connecting to same datacenter on VPN solves problem

Lvling is always most fun part while trying all classes - questing, dungs and bams

I wanted to ask for help with crystals and how to determine what crystals would be best for each class PvE and PvP wise. For ex. how to prioritize mana crystals vs crit crystal for sorc in dungs. Any help and links with guides would be really helpful.

This dude made whole series about classes and their strengths/weakness in detail. If you want check class if it fits you before making character you can definitely get good info there.
