Download is stuck at 99%

    The launcher would not update the game, it is stuck at 99% (71.71 Gb of 71.96 Gb)

    I have remembered to run the launcher as administrator. I have tried to reinstall the launcher. I have tried to turn off the antivirus. It does not help. Any idea how to fix it and/or what is causing this?

    In most cases, the problem is solved if you follow these steps:

    • Close the launcher completely, also check in the tray that it is no longer running there (if necessary also look in the ^ menu, next to the clock in the taskbar).
    • Then navigate to the launcher folder in explorer, delete the data folder and the version txt file.
    • Start the launcher again and log in.

    Thank you. I did that earlier, it did not help. I tried something else: I let it stay at 99% for 2 hours. It did not help either, but then I tried to manually download the client. That helped to open the way for those last few missing packets and the launcher completed updating (while I had something like 15% of the manual download completed)
