Add lvl 70 voucher from start since we leveled many times in real tera already ?

the players and the admin team have decided not to introduce a level 70 jump role and there will only be normal leveling on this server.

The levelling process is currently still a major construction site for us, and we want to make it more rewarding. There will be a change in the future, but definitely not in the short term.

However, a 70-level scroll will not simply be available to buy or given away. We are considering maybe making it playable in an event or dungeon, but this is more of a long-term task.
