Major game changes
Class balance
Unfortunately we have decided to delay the gunner rework as we think releasing it as is would not be up to standards and requires some more testing. Thanks for your understanding.
Reaper
- Increased base Endurance to 50 from 38
- Shadow Burst:
- Increased base damage by 20%
- Increased chance to critically hit
- Increased casting speed of Swift Shadow Burst to 25% from 17%
- Increased the mana recovery of Brilliant Shadow Burst (Uncommon) to 150 from 100
- Reduced glyph point cost of Energetic Shadow Burst to 3 from 4
- Reduced glyph point cost of Swift Shadow Burst to 2 from 3
- Reduced glyph point cost of Brilliant Shadow Burst (Uncommon) to 2 from 3
- Grim Strike:
- Increased PvE damage by 10%
- Increased chance to critically hit
- Reduced cooldown to 7 seconds from 9 seconds
- Powerlinked Double Shear persists through the entire 5 seconds duration and no longer expires early when Grim Strike is used
- Double Shear:
- Reduced the cooldown to 5 seconds from 6 seconds
- Death Spiral:
- Reduced the cooldown to 10 seconds from 12 seconds
- Shadow Reaping:
- Reduced the cooldown to 2 minutes 30 seconds from 3 minutes
- Shadow Lash:
- Increased base damage of Shadow Lash by 25%
- Veil of Shadows:
- Now triggers only when you take lethal damage from monsters. (It no longer works in BG's)
- Reduced cooldown to 8 minutes from 10 minutes
- Spiral Barrage:
- Increased base damage of Spiral Barrage to 25% (excluding the last hit)
General
Vanguard shop:
- Reduced the price of all crystals in Vanguard shop by 50 vanguard reputation
- Niveot Structure to 50 from 100
- Fine crux to 50 from 100
- Fine Niveot to 350 from 400
- Zyrk to 250 from 300
- Pristine Zyrk to 550 from 600
- Vyrsk to 550 from 600
Gathering nodes:
To make sure everyone's time is more valued in the game we have made a change to gathering nodes so everyone can spend more time in battlegrounds and dungeons instead of running circles in the overworld.
- Increased the costs of all nodes by 300%
- Increased the loot you get from gathering by 300%
PvE
Ghillieglades:
- Added the following items to Banyaka's Chest
- Additive bag
- Containing Universal or Master's Additive at a 7/3 ratio
- Additive bag
Sky Cruiser Endeavor(Hard Mode):
- We made the following changes to the loot table of Darkan, Lakan's Envoy
- Smart Dyad has been changed to a box drop which will give all players in party 1 each
- Increased Dyad Niveot Structure drop chance to 40% from 32%, to 1~2 from 1
- Added Pure Titan's Peace & Fire x 1~3 at a drop chance of 30%
PvP Fraywind Canyon:
- Added a Vanguard quest to Premade queue with the following rewards:
- 75x T5 feedstock
- 1x Federation bill
- 1x Valkyon reward chest
- 100x Fashion coupon
- 42x VG rep
- Added a Daily quests to pre-made queue with the same rewards as solo queue
Corsairs' Stronghold:
- Added a Vanguard quest to Premade queue with the following rewards:
- 80x T5 feedstock
- 1x Federation bill
- 1x Valkyon reward chest
- 100x Fashion coupon
- 81x VG rep
- Added a Daily quests to pre-made queue with the same rewards as solo queue
Bug fixes
- Fixed description for pre-made variant of Corsairs' Stronghold
- Fixed description for pre-made variant of Fraywind Canyon
- Fixed the description of the "MWA Box"
- Fixed the description of the "Feedstock box"
- Fixed the description of the 180-day Elite Voucher
- Fixed Gunner Discovery Chest in the discovery shop to be Bind on Pickup
- Fixed Slayer's Measured Slice critical rate to be more closely aligned with the intended +10% as mentioned in the previous patch
