basically what the title says. it starts fading little by little if being dragged fast/placed vertical until it disappears completely. resetting UI doesn't always help, the only thing that can restore normal colours is pressing "logout" button.
also every time i log in the shortcut tray is either transparent and hence not visible, or somewhere near skills panel. if it's already invisible, the hide/show extra shortcut tray button doesn't work at all, it's not even clickable
