es tut mir sehr leid, es geht nur über toolbox, da die ip nicht bekannt wird

Hallo, danke für den Report, ja dieser kann derzeit nicht benutzt werden.
Steht auch unter den bekannten Bugs.

Der Dounload wird aktuell mit über 7 Stunden angezeigt und das bei meinem 360MBit/s Anschuss. Wo ist der Flaschenhals? Server?

der Classic Server heißt ebenfalls tera europe also ja
über den Launcher ist der Download am langsamsten, daher haben wir andere angeboten.

Fixes if issues:

if you crash while loading tera - or cannot start

• start as admin (if not anyway),
• relogging in the launcher,
• change to another language -> back to the one you want and than go into the game,

1. for most this fixed the bugs
   

the cleanest way is to download via the launcher but because so many of you want to download it is the slowest version all 3 download server are at max so be patient

1. Also a fix can be Deleate Launcher %appdata% delete crazy esports folder Download from Here Launcher again
2. Some ISP may also block Here it helps to try the Button a few times at some Point it works (If you have Vodafone its most likely that)

Please Check that no folder is read only protected

- Einstellungen/Logout

- beim Anmelden kommt die Meldung "Verbindungsproblem zum Server..." aber laut Service Status laufen alle Server. Allerdings sind die Server, die über das Forum einsehbar sind, mit "Germany" und nicht mit "Europe" geflaggt. Der Server für Yurian ist demnach vielleicht noch gar nicht einsehbar.

die anzeige wird für den classic noch folgen, der Server ist die ganze zeit online
welchen ISP hast du - wenn z.b. vodafone versuch mehrfach dich einzuloggen die habn irgendwo ne Sperre eingebaut was manche spiele blockiert....

ein und ausloggen
und mal die sprache ändern alles kann sein dass es dann klappt
