Es tut uns wirklich sehr leid und wir arbeiten auf Hochdruck um Lösungen.

leider mussten wir alle gemeinsam rausfinden, dass irgendwas mit der Gegenstandsausgabe nicht stimmt.


Unsere Lösung, mit dem Sinne die Beste Lösung für den Spieler zu finden:
--> Es wird einen großen Code geben mit all den Belohnungen seit Mittwoch.
--> Bitte um Nachsicht -> es sind einige Items und ich hab mega Kopfweh der wird im laufe des Abends auftauchen.

Wer andere Dinge in der Gegenstandsausgabe gelagert hat soll bitte ein Ticket machen.
- Was ist abhanden gekommen?
- Wann ungefähr gekauft.
- Bitte achtet darauf, dass ihr im Forum eingeloggt seit damit wir die Tickets schneller bearbeiten können.

Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, aber bitte keine weiteren Tickets mehr wegen der verlorenen Event Items. Dieser Code wird folgen.

no one told you you have to participate.
A lot of people wished something differnet than always runing dungens.
Exactly the spawns of the chest were mentioned a lot of times, that they wanted it.
And the search of the signs sry that you dont like it but a lot of people enjoy it very much.

And if you are only here for dungens you can just wait after the event the 2.0 can be farmed in dungens. Like you want it.

The community wanted something different than dungens thats why this event is like that. And there are already so many dungen events. Thats why it is offworld.

And if all just hit it once and lie down the boss will never be dead it doesent kill itself. And the few stray ones who dont wnat to help we cannot change it.

And still you dont need to participate you dont need to take the 2.0 mount you can farm it after the event still. It is not only a event mount.

We just gave a chance before the big launch to get it somewhere else. And in the shop is a lot of other stuff you can buy of the presents.

And like i told before the community wanted such events im sorry that you dont like them.
There will still be elin events for you to compleate they run all the time. There at the moment is the item pink dakan wings. Which you cannot get otherwise atm.

There will also come other events in the future.
But this the community wished. With seachring chests and stuff.

Hallo, hast du zufällig gesehn welches das ist da es mir beim erstellen nicht aufgefallen ist und als ich die IDs durch ging seh ich es leider auch nicht.

Ok, das Prob scheint gefunden zu sein es gibt ein item was nur weibliche charaktere annehmen dürfen.

I am very sorry that you dont like the event how it is. Thank you for your input. We take your input in consideration for other events.

Firstly it is an event it doesen't have always to do with runing dungens there are already events runing permanenty for dungens. --> Elin Event.

And where is it not co-operative -> you need to do it toghether it doeset work alone

And yes it is not intended at all to get more than one 2.0 mount. It is the introduction on our server.
As we already told a few times. It is the first apperance in our event and there will be after other ways than this event to farm it. So you dont have to farm it if you dont want, you can just wait after the event and farm it the other way. Which is not in the open world.

So no there will be no decrease at the moment on the price. The mount is a big thing and is intededed that you have to earn it and not just get it gifted. After the event you also have to farm for it and its not a present either.

And why we did not do in dungens, so everyone can participate. Everyone can join in taking down the big boss it is not mandatory to hav the best gear, yes it is faster when all have the best gear but doing it in dungens is restricting a lot of people to even let them participate. And when we want to give all the same chance we would have needed to give the same amount in SCEM and in the frist lvl 20 dungen... but than everyone would have just run the lvl 20 dungen so that would be a decrease dramatically in lfg. ---> and i think that would not be good at all

And this boss is not easy. It kills a lot of people and they need to work together because it would just reset if you dont work together.

The chests in the world don't event count into the 2.0 mount. They are just for fun.
The sings atm are found from all other people you can just take in the codes so no more "time waste" for you.

If you dont take the Phenix it is 62.000 you need and 42.000 you get kinda gifted if the other people search for the signs. So 20.000 are still needed is 20 days the big boss from 28 days.

And als you also told the 2500 which is never included the other ways to farm the chests.

The source you need for the 2.0 are only the signs and the big boss. The rest is extra fun for the people who wants it. And as it is looking now the signs are found and everyone can use the code so you only hav to do the big boss.

And no we did not think that everyone is searching treasures every thay thats why they are a bonus and not even in the calculation. If someone does them good for them they can get something in the shop there is so much more than only the 2.0 in the shop.

And we also know that most just take the gifted 42.000 from the signs. Because they are a group search they are kinda gifted. And with them you can buy a lot of stuff in the shop. Other mounts are 1680, most Buffood is not even 100. The Fun food is calculated with 10 chests an hour they are working. Which is also clearly not much. The headpieces are at 910 chests. And the costumes are around 1520, Back pieces 1050. And the weapon is 1260.

Sry but these seem all fair and kind from us given that the signs are a hole group concept and most can just use the cods.

No one needs to farm the chests in the open world. They are mostly also for the smaller ones on our server or the ones who cannot run 24/7 dungens. (Has a child, to much work, maby is sick or other stuff) It is a fun way to giv them something to do also and get rewards.

And the Boss yesterday was around 20 minuts which is also not that long.

And because it is not mandatory to search for the boxes in the open world i really don't think it is making an impact on the lfg.
