I'm not a moderator, but I can tell you what I know:

The 30 minutes disconnect happens to all players. Everyone gets kicked because the server is attacked. When you disconnect, the game crashes because of the attacks. The team actually implemented a server auto-restart system, that's why you can log back in after 2 minutes.

They had to implement a workaround in the character creation (you getting kicked is because of a mitigation for the attacks). You can change your name every minute (add or delete one letter) and you won't get kicked.

The team is working on long-term solutions (note the plural). There's no workaround for the crashes. If you can't enter the game, that's a different story. But reading your post, I don't think you have problems regarding that.

yeah ist happens to all. we stay since many day´s in the same city, beacuse the client is closing it self. first after relog i was attackt everytime since than i wait in the city. hope we can play in near time with no self disoconnect

yeah we the same. hope every day we can play but aktuell but i think in near time it will be better

My Husband and me feel so much nostalgie. evry time we say, oh yeah that quest was so much fun in classic. Most quest in classic dosn´t exist in awaking now so it´s very much fun to do this again after so long, as if we are in old times back we played tera since beta to down. so we were so happy and exitet that we can play classic again. our old members think to come back too so we can play together again.

Wenn bei mir das Spiel abstürzt dauert es immer etwa 5-10 min das ich wieder rauf kann. ist immer intervall weiße. Spielluncher ist auf aktuellen stand etc. mein mann hat meist zur selben zeit den absturz und brauch auch solange. scheint also mit den server angriffen zsm zu hängen, so wie wir vermuten.

we ( my Husband and me) hat seachred for the relics many hours. than we saied to our self, that we abound that quest. after that i have read here, that relics are only at 60 and above. But we are happy over the old play version, because we hat played for many many yeares^^
