1. Clean up ur whole case + hardware ( hint: this case happen ricently not overheat for long time since u get the PC)
2. Considering PC placement with room temp
3. Dont overclock
4. Change thermalpaste with good one (good thermal pastewithout gaming gimmick always affordable)
5. be patient do all the step.

As spam Que player I understand that keep reset loot as leader could be tiring, but for now they work on server to make it stable, as soon everything good I believe they gonna work on small things like this.
