Hello, I have a friend whose game crashes just before reaching the character selection screen. Do you know what might be causing this?

Message from Jin on discord : From what I know this is a bug thats been existing for a while. It was working fine, and after a recent patch this seems to have gotten worse. So we need to investigate this a bit further.

For now, if you select a new character and sorta "spam" your way through the character, it will work. In-game you will not have issues.

We are giving out a appearance change ticket for free later once we fixed the issue I tried and it works!

Ich habe das gleiche Problem, sobald ich auf den Server klicke, komme ich zur Charakterauswahl und mein Spiel schließt sich nach 15 Sekunden.
