    Hallo zusammen,

    da hierzu aktuell etwas Unsicherheit besteht, möchten wir den Ablauf für vorhandene Crazy-Coins / Forum Currency noch einmal klar erklären.

    Müssen vorhandene Coins noch ausgegeben werden?

    Ja.

    Wenn ihr aktuell noch Crazy-Coins bzw. Forum Currency in eurem Crazy-eSports Account habt, müssen diese bis spätestens 14. August 2026 über den Shop eingelöst werden.

    Das bloße Vorhandensein der Coins auf eurem Forum-Account reicht nicht aus.
    Durch die Einlösung im Shop wird der notwendige Vorgang ausgelöst und erfasst, auf dessen Grundlage die entsprechende Gutschrift später für TERA Classic+ berücksichtigt werden kann.

    Nach dem 14. August 2026 ist eine Einlösung über den Crazy-eSports Shop nicht mehr Regulär möglich.

    Beispiel

    Wenn bei euch aktuell beispielsweise noch:

    5000 Crazy-Coins

    auf dem Crazy-eSports Account angezeigt werden, solltet ihr diese vor dem 14. August im Shop einlösen.
    Lasst ihr die Coins lediglich als Guthaben auf dem Account stehen, wird dadurch kein entsprechender Shop-Vorgang ausgelöst.
    (diese können dann nur für folge produkte oder auf Kulanz übertragen werden)

    Was wird für Classic+ berücksichtigt?

    Wie bereits angekündigt, werden die berechtigten Vorgänge für Classic+ zu 100 % berücksichtigt.
    Dazu gehören auch berechtigte Coins, die bereits auf dem aktuellen Classic-Server verwendet wurden.

    Die organisatorischen Änderungen zwischen Crazy-eSports und TERA Europe ändern nichts an dieser angekündigten Regelung.
    Euren aktuell ermittelten Stand könnt ihr weiterhin hier prüfen:

    (die Coins sollten kurz nach der Buchung auf hier sichtbar sein)

    Wichtig

    Vorhandenes Forum-Guthaben nicht einfach stehen lassen.

    Wenn ihr noch Crazy-Coins / Forum Currency besitzt:
    Löst diese bis spätestens 14. August 2026 über den Shop ein.

    Damit wird der notwendige Prozess ausgelöst, damit die entsprechende Gutschrift für Classic+ berücksichtigt werden kann.

    Hi everyone,

    as there is currently some uncertainty about this, we want to clarify the process for existing Crazy-Coins / Forum Currency.

    Do existing Coins still need to be spent?

    Yes.

    If you currently still have Crazy-Coins or Forum Currency on your Crazy-eSports account, they must be redeemed through the Shop no later than August 14, 2026.

    Simply leaving the Coins on your forum account is not sufficient.

    Redeeming them through the Shop triggers and records the required transaction that can later be taken into account for your TERA Classic+ credit.
    After August 14, 2026, redemption through the Crazy-eSports Shop will no longer be possible.

    Example

    If your Crazy-eSports account currently shows:

    5000 Crazy-Coins

    you should redeem them through the Shop before August 14.

    Simply leaving those Coins sitting on your account does not trigger the required Shop transaction.
    (These can then only be transferred to subsequent products or as a goodwill gesture)

    What will be taken into account for Classic+?

    As previously announced, eligible transactions will be taken into account at 100% for Classic+.

    This also includes eligible Coins that have already been used on the current Classic server.
    The organizational changes between Crazy-eSports and TERA Europe do not change this previously announced arrangement.

    Important

    Do not simply leave your remaining forum balance unused.

    If you still have Crazy-Coins / Forum Currency:
    Redeem them through the Shop no later than August 14, 2026.

    This triggers the required process so that the corresponding amount can be taken into account for Classic+.

  • Organisatorisches Update: TERA Europe Classic+ / Organizational Update: TERA Europe Classic+

    In den vergangenen Jahren ist TERA Europe weit über das hinausgewachsen, was wir ursprünglich erwartet haben.

    Crazy-eSports hat das Umfeld, die Ressourcen und die organisatorische Grundlage bereitgestellt, die es dem Projekt ermöglicht haben, weiterzubestehen, sich weiterzuentwickeln und schließlich zu TERA Europe Classic+ zu werden.

    Was innerhalb unserer Struktur begonnen hat, ist heute ein Projekt mit einer eigenen Community, einer eigenen Entwicklungsrichtung, eigenen technischen Anforderungen und langfristigen Zielen.

    Wir sind daher an einem Punkt angekommen, an dem wir eines klar anerkennen müssen:

    TERA Europe Classic+ muss auf eigenen Beinen stehen.


    Aus diesem Grund werden Crazy-eSports und TERA Europe Classic+ organisatorisch vollständig voneinander getrennt.

    TERA Europe Classic+ wird in eine eigene, unabhängige Organisationsstruktur mit eigener Verantwortung, eigener Steuerung und eigenen Entscheidungswegen überführt.

    Crazy-eSports zieht sich aus TERA Europe zurück

    Dabei handelt es sich nicht um eine interne Umstrukturierung von TERA innerhalb von Crazy-eSports.

    Crazy-eSports zieht sich vollständig aus TERA Europe Classic+ zurück.

    Nach Abschluss des Übergangs wird Crazy-eSports nicht mehr verantwortlich sein für:

    • die Führung und Steuerung von TERA Europe Classic+
    • Executive-Entscheidungen
    • organisatorische Verantwortung für das Projekt
    • Entwicklungsentscheidungen
    • Community-Management
    • öffentliche Kommunikation im Namen von TERA Europe
    • die zukünftige Ausrichtung des Projekts

    TERA Europe Classic+ wird diese Bereiche künftig eigenständig innerhalb seiner eigenen Organisationsstruktur verantworten.
    Crazy-eSports wird unabhängig davon als eigene Community mit eigenen Projekten und eigener Ausrichtung fortgeführt.

    Es handelt sich damit um eine vollständige organisatorische Übergabe und nicht lediglich um eine Verschiebung von Zuständigkeiten innerhalb von Crazy-eSports.

    Was bedeutet das für Classic+?

    Das Wichtigste zuerst:

    Der Release ist davon nicht betroffen.
    TERA Classic+ erscheint weiterhin wie geplant am:
    21. August 2026

    Das Team, das Classic+ entwickelt, getestet und vorbereitet hat, bleibt bestehen und konzentriert sich weiterhin auf den Release.

    Entwicklung und Tests laufen wie geplant weiter.

    Mit dieser organisatorischen Veränderung ist weder eine Einstellung des Projekts noch ein Shutdown oder eine Verschiebung des Releases verbunden.

    Die Änderung betrifft die Organisation und Verantwortung hinter dem Projekt, nicht den geplanten Release von Classic+.


    Forum Currency, Coins & Classic+

    Im Zuge der organisatorischen Trennung zwischen Crazy-eSports und TERA Europe kann noch vorhandene Forum Currency bis zum 14. August 2026 über den Crazy-eSports Shop eingelöst werden.

    Wichtig: Noch vorhandenes Guthaben muss bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt im Shop eingelöst werden. Das bloße Vorhandensein der Coins auf dem Forum-Account reicht nicht aus.

    Durch die Einlösung im Shop wird der notwendige Vorgang erfasst, der anschließend für die Classic+ Gutschrift berücksichtigt werden kann.

    Nach dem 14. August 2026 ist eine Einlösung über den Crazy-eSports Shop nicht mehr möglich.
    Bereits berechtigte Coins, die auf dem aktuellen Classic-Server verwendet wurden, werden wie angekündigt zu 100 % für Classic+ berücksichtigt.

    Die organisatorische Trennung ändert nichts an den bereits angekündigten Regelungen zur Classic+ Gutschrift.

    Bezüglich des Classic+ Shops prüft TERA Europe derzeit, wie dieser innerhalb der neuen Organisationsstruktur aufgebaut werden soll.
    Der Shop bleibt Teil der Planungen für Classic+, die konkrete zukünftige Struktur kann sich im Rahmen des Übergangs jedoch noch ändern.

    Das nächste Kapitel

    Crazy-eSports hat dazu beigetragen, die Grundlage zu schaffen, auf der TERA Europe weiterbestehen, wachsen und schließlich Classic+ erreichen konnte.

    Wir sind stolz darauf, was in dieser Zeit gemeinsam möglich gemacht wurde.
    Eine Grundlage für ein Projekt zu schaffen bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass dieses Projekt dauerhaft an diese Struktur gebunden bleiben muss.

    TERA Europe ist inzwischen an einem Punkt angekommen, an dem es eine eigene Organisation, eigene Verantwortlichkeiten und die vollständige Kontrolle über seine zukünftige Ausrichtung benötigt.

    Crazy-eSports und TERA Europe Classic+ werden künftig unabhängig voneinander weitergehen.

    Für Crazy-eSports endet damit unser Kapitel in der Führung und Steuerung von TERA Europe.
    Für TERA Europe entsteht gleichzeitig der notwendige Raum, seine eigene Zukunft unabhängig zu definieren und weiterzuentwickeln.

    Der Classic+ Release bietet dafür den richtigen Zeitpunkt.

    Der 21. August 2026 markiert damit nicht nur den Start von TERA Classic+, sondern auch den Beginn einer neuen Ära für TERA Europe.

    Wir wünschen dem Team und der Community hinter TERA Europe Classic+ alles Gute für das nächste Kapitel.

    Over the past years, TERA Europe has grown far beyond what we originally expected.

    Crazy-eSports provided the environment, resources and organizational foundation that allowed the project to continue, develop and ultimately become TERA Europe Classic+.

    What started within our structure has now become a project with its own community, development direction, technical requirements and long-term goals.

    We have therefore reached a point where we need to acknowledge something clearly:

    TERA Europe Classic+ needs to stand on its own.

    For this reason, Crazy-eSports and TERA Europe Classic+ will be fully separated as organizations.

    TERA Europe Classic+ will move into its own independent organizational structure with its own responsibilities, governance and decision-making.

    Crazy-eSports is stepping out of TERA Europe

    This is not an internal restructuring of TERA within Crazy-eSports.

    Crazy-eSports is stepping out of TERA Europe Classic+ entirely.

    Following the transition, Crazy-eSports will no longer be responsible for:

    • governing and steering TERA Europe Classic+
    • executive decisions
    • organizational responsibility for the project
    • development decisions
    • community management
    • public communication on behalf of TERA Europe
    • the future direction of the project

    TERA Europe Classic+ will take responsibility for these areas independently within its own organizational structure.

    Crazy-eSports will continue separately as its own community, with its own projects and its own direction.

    This is therefore a complete organizational handover, not simply a redistribution of responsibilities within Crazy-eSports.

    What does this mean for Classic+?

    Most importantly:

    The release is not affected.
    TERA Classic+ remains scheduled for:
    August 21, 2026

    The team that developed, tested and prepared Classic+ remains in place and continues to focus on the release.

    Development and testing continue as planned.

    There is no cancellation, shutdown or release delay connected to this organizational transition.

    The change concerns the organization and responsibility behind the project, not the planned Classic+ release.

    Forum Currency, Coins & Classic+

    As part of the organizational separation between Crazy-eSports and TERA Europe, any remaining Forum Currency can still be redeemed through the Crazy-eSports Shop until August 14, 2026.

    Important: Any remaining balance must be redeemed through the Shop before this deadline. Simply leaving the Coins on your forum account is not sufficient.

    Redeeming the balance through the Shop creates the required transaction that can then be taken into account for your Classic+ credit.

    After August 14, 2026, redemption through the Crazy-eSports Shop will no longer be possible.
    Eligible Coins that have already been used on the current Classic server will, as previously announced, be taken into account at 100% for Classic+.

    The organizational separation does not change the previously announced Classic+ credit arrangements.

    Regarding the Classic+ Shop, TERA Europe is currently evaluating how it will be structured within the new organization.
    The Shop remains part of the plans for Classic+, but its exact future structure may change as part of the transition.

    More information about this will be provided separately by TERA Europe.

    The Next Chapter

    Crazy-eSports helped provide the foundation that allowed TERA Europe to continue, grow and eventually reach Classic+.

    We are proud of what was made possible together during that time.
    But providing the foundation for a project does not mean that the project should remain permanently tied to that structure.

    TERA Europe has reached a point where it needs its own organization, its own responsibilities and full control over its future direction.

    Crazy-eSports and TERA Europe Classic+ will move forward independently from each other.
    For Crazy-eSports, this closes our chapter of governing and steering TERA Europe.

    For TERA Europe, it creates the space needed to define and develop its own future independently.

    The Classic+ release provides the right moment for this transition.

    August 21, 2026 therefore marks not only the launch of TERA Classic+, but also the beginning of a new era for TERA Europe.

    We wish the team and community behind TERA Europe Classic+ all the best for the next chapter.
