What Fliegenfresse said. If I remember correctly, there are some glamour items not yet implemented into the store. You can wait until then if you don't find anything to your taste. But with the attacks on the server, getting new items into the store is obviously not the priority.
Or if you don't want any back items and you simply don't like the look of it, you can always glamour your weapon. There are some weapon glamours you can obtain even with Federation Bills.

There will be other events. The Picks-a-Lot Event was already modified since the server was attacked. I think everyone who had an account in said time will get the pet.

I read a guide that tells of a "Purifying Brooch" which can self cleanse in a pinch. Overall brooches seem to be not as important to healers, since they mostly boost offensive stats.

Ja, der Server wird gerade eben wieder angegriffen. Es wird schon an Lösungen gearbeitet, aber die brauchen nun einmal Zeit. Die Devs haben nebenbei auch noch ein normales Leben - das bitte auch beachten.
Ja, es ist nervig. Aber man sitzt dahinter. Genervt sollte man von der einen Person sein, die das alles verursacht.

If you want to see the channels, you have to accept the rules and give yourself the role to see the english/german/etc. speaking channels.
TLDR of the Q&A:
The server is fine. The problem is the old coding of TERA. The client (=player) can send packages to the server. The packages look fine, so the server accepts them, but inside die packages is nonesense information the server cannot read. In one package are millions of those nonesense informations and that crashes the server because it doesn't know how to handle the information. The devs are working on long-term solutions. They have a few they are currently working on. Each advanced solution will take more and more time. The next "bigger" solution is expected to be ready till Friday. They are working to get the server back up online today but can't promise anything.

Leider nicht. Ich rate dir, dass du ein Ticket erstellst, damit sich jemand persönlich darum kümmert.
Vor 2 Tagen waren auch sicherlich die Angriffe schuld, die dazu geführt haben, dass der Server 24 Stunden vom Netz genommen wurde. Beim Erstellen des Charakters empfehle ich immer zuersten den Namen einzugeben, dann sollte es nicht so leicht crashen (hab ich gehört).
Versuche es heute nochmal und wenn es dann nicht geht - Ticket für Support.

Falls du es noch nicht über Discord mitbekommen hast - der Server wird zurzeit angegriffen. Jeder stürzt momentan ab. Warte also noch mit dem Ticket. Wenn die Server stabil sind und sich nichts geändert hat, dann schreib ein Ticket.

Gold has been really tight for me so far with leveling my first character on this server [...].
If you don't have enough gold, I suggest you get yourself the "Gold Hunter Boost" for 1 Federation Bill from Tikat (he's in every blue town). All gold you pick up will be automatically doubled.
And as a last effort, you can do some sidequests (especially lvl 55 sidequets and up) or hunt mobs around your level to get some additional gold.

The channel is called "Server-Updates-English".
To see it you have to accept the rules and give yourself the role that you want to see the English-speaking channels.

They are implementing a solution to the problem so those attacks won't impact the server as much / at all (so not a quick band-aid but a real solution which takes time). At the earliest you can expect the servers to be back online today at noon. If you want real-time notices, join the Discord.
As compensation everyone with an active account get the pet "Ser-Picks-A-Lot" from the ongoing event and the double EXP event is prolonged until Sunday next week (so one week longer).
