"Can't connect to server"

    This is hapening since 01/08/2025 until now 03/08/2025 and still going. Launcher works properly, It launches the game as it should but, when I try to connect to server it will show me the next message "Can't connect to server". I tried deleting and reinstalling, I tried updating launcher from 1.1.0 version to 1.1.1 version and nothing.

    Tera Classic Webpage is showing 0 players Online at the moment but still I can't seem to find any announcement about server being offline. If you go to metrics and see current status of the server in Webpage it will shows that everything is running normal.

    Could anyone give me some insight about what could be happening?

    Can confirm that. It's the same for me.

    Launcher works, Game starts, server "Yurian" is shown as active with a Med population, Enter Server is giving me the "Can't connect to server" message.

    To add even more confusion is that the server status website of Crazy-Esports shows all servers as active for the last two days.

    Because of a attack the Server got a lot of crashes yesterday. Since Yesterday evening the Server is down and they a working on a fix and hopefully bring it back online Today.

    They announced it in Discord and bcs of the stress forgott to Post it here

    They are implementing a solution to the problem so those attacks won't impact the server as much / at all (so not a quick band-aid but a real solution which takes time). At the earliest you can expect the servers to be back online today at noon. If you want real-time notices, join the Discord.

    As compensation everyone with an active account get the pet "Ser-Picks-A-Lot" from the ongoing event and the double EXP event is prolonged until Sunday next week (so one week longer).

    The channel is called "Server-Updates-English".

    To see it you have to accept the rules and give yourself the role that you want to see the English-speaking channels. ;)
