Can I claim a character name which is already in use?

If the account holding your desired name, one of the following things, you can claim the character name.

• the account is banned
• the account has less than 10 hours playtime
• the account is more than 3 month inactive

Please note, we cannot reserve a name once it gets freed up and is ready to claim.
