I am very sorry but because we don't support Toolbox, we cannot offer you help.

To fix this issue follow this list step by step:
- Make sure all folder names are correct (launcher, TERA, Toolbox)
- Go into the launcher folder and delete the "data" folder, and if present the "deleteme" folder too
- Delete the whole Toolbox folder
- download and put/replace this version file into your TERA folder
- start the TERA-Germany Launcher as Administrator
- wait until verify and download of TERA finished
- open the TERA launcher and press PLAY to start Tera

I have no sounds after I went into the game!
If you experience issues with game sounds, please re-download DirectX 11 and install it again.
Cause: The pre-installed version of DirectX 11 is incomplete for some Windows 11 versions.
